Returning Products
Items can be returned up to 30 days after delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at support@bellenua.com with your order details. Returned products should be unused, unwashed, and all tags and accessories must be intact. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Refunds

Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product, contact us within 30 days after delivery, at support@bellenua.com with the details of the item you want as a replacement. We will assist you throughout the exchange process to make it efficient.
Exchange requirements:
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All tags and accessories must be intact.
Once your request is received and approved, we will assist in arranging your exchange.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@bellenua.com. We will do our best to process your request before your order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return as listed above.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@bellenua.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
After verification, we will arrange either:
- A replacement item, shipped at no cost to you
or - A full refund to your original payment method.
