Returning Products

Items can be returned up to 30 days after delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at with your order details. Returned products should be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchange requirements:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • All tags and accessories must be intact.

Once your request is received and approved, we will assist in arranging your exchange.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@bellenua.com. We will do our best to process your request before your order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@bellenua.com and include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

After verification, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement item, shipped at no cost to you
    or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.
